My contacts aren't syncing from Plaxo, why?

NuevaSync's Plaxo service was discontinued in October 2009 because the Plaxo API service we used ceased functioning.

How can I get my Plaxo Contacts on my device now?

You can export your contacts from Plaxo as a file then import the file into Google and sync your contacts from Google. Alternatively Plaxo offers a sync route to some devices (Windows Mobile) for their premium users. In addition Plaxo has desktop sync to Outlook and from there tethered sync may be used to get contact data onto your device.
