Nokia Mail for Exchange Log Files

Nokia's Mail for Exchange (MfE) sync client maintains detailed log files on the device.
These files contain more information than is shown in the "View Log" option in MfE itself.
Often the log files contain useful information that can help diagnose a sync problem.
The NuevaSync support team may ask you to send the files to aid with problem analysis.
This page shows how to find and send the log files on your phone.
When requested, please sent all the log files (not just the most recent one).
There are two methods you can use to get the log files: over-the-air, which can be done
without tethering, but requires a working email client on the phone, or tethered which
requires Nokia PC Suite:

Over-the-air method (requires working email on the phone)

First locate and run the File Manager application which is usually in the "Office" folder.
Next navigate to the folder "MailForExchange":

In that folder you should see one or more log files that can be selected:

Then sent via email:

Remember to include your time zone because the log files do not include that information.

Tethered method (reqires Nokia PC Suite)

Tether your phone and open the Nokia Phone Browser. The log files are in the folder "MailForExchange":
