How to enable Push on an iPhone
One of the more common causes for a lack of timely email delivery when using NuevaSyncPush Email Service is that push is inadvertently turned off on the phone.
Check that push is enabled, and also that it's enabled for the sync account as follows:
1. In the settings app, click "Mail, Contacts, Calendar...".
2. In the next screen verify that "Fetch New Data" says "Push" then click it.
3. If "Push" is "off", turn it "on".4. Then click "Advanced".
5. In the next screen verify that the sync account used with NuevaSync (the name willbe different, usually your email address) says "Push".
6. If the account says "Fetch", click it and change to "Push"
