Initiating Remote Wipe For Your Device

This page shows how to initiate remote wipe for your device.

First log into the NuevaSync web site. Go to the device management page
(click the link "Check and manage your devices" from the main page).
Click the "manage" link next to the device you want to wipe
(identified with the red arrow in the screen shot below):



Click the link "Wipe Your Lost or Stolen Phone" (identified with the red arrow in the screen shot below):



The next screen requires a Captcha to be entered to confirm the request:



Once your device has acknowledged the wipe request its status will appear like this:
